I learned cigarette from many people,It is a person who I know always lit two cartons of cigarettes everyday.The first thing he will do when he got up was to smoke .lighting a cigarette quietly to meet the day's coming .Night seperates yesterday and today but the cigarette links.he said "During the time having a cigarette I am thinking what should I do today .then I get up ,washing ,brushing ,eating and are ready to work .If I don't have the cigarette I will be confused all day".
Or we will doubt whether it's a good excuse for smoking .what can a cigarette change ?Taking it in your hand only a little time untill burned out.What you are confused is still bother you ,something you want to get rid of is still together with you .Nothing become better.

Many people smoke don't mean they like or addicate ,of course I am.We can't put the pressure of life on some specific things even it always togher with us . A friend of mine was like that, he smoked now and then generally in a bad mood or in a high state.I remembered he was very lovely when he drank ,he would ask to have a cigarette ,just like someone who so addicated with cigarettes.

Perhaps ,smoking is a way to release or a short time to addicate to him . I even thought he was really obbsessed with cigarettes.He was looking for something he needed by cigarette.then he felt so suffering ,he can't tolerate the bitter taste which left in his mouth and next days he will cough again and again .

That day he coughed , the voice sounds rough,then he throw to me the half carton of cigarettes:I will never smoke ,I can;t stand it .

Really can't stand the hard life and also can't for the cigarette make life more harder.I always lit a cigarette but not smoke stared at untill it bured out .When fill of sadness in my mind ,I thought life is like the burned out ash ,you still need to lit another one.
